"There are two kingdoms on earth and they are at war with one another: the kingdom of God vs. the kingdom of darkness. God gave the sons of men a commission - with authority and power - to have dominion over the earth (Gen. 1:26) and this is why we were sent into the kingdom of darkness: to come against it, take back what the enemy stole from God, redeem it, deliver it back to God, and rescue other souls taken captive to sin by lies - with the message of truth.The battle being waged in the minds of men is between good and evil and the result is either life or death. These kingdoms have different operating systems: grace vs. sin. Two princes govern them: the Prince of Peace (Jesus) and the prince of the powers of the air (Satan). And two competing spirits - the Spirit of Christ and the spirit of antichrist - influence and guide the minds of men to believe one prince or the other to serve one kingdom or the other. This is the big picture that explains why things happen the way they happen on earth. For some mysterious reason, though, mankind keeps forgetting his true reason for being here. The earth was created for man - and man was created for the earth - and they belong together. We need to remember the purpose God intended for us and get back to doing what we were sent to accomplish: preach the kingdom of God - and have dominion over the earth!
