Summary
New York based diamond corporation is under suspicion of fraud by the FBI. The company's president is questioned, and pins the illegal activities on his accountant, who has agreed to testify that the company has indeed committed fraud. The company's accountant and bookkeeper are both found murdered, along with 3 men who heroically came to the aid of the accountant during her abduction. An interstate investigation is launched through the combined efforts of the FBI, the NYPD, and various state police departments to track the suspected killer. Once the killer is in custody, authorities learn he was hired as a "hit man" by the diamond corp.'s president in an attempt to keep his illegal activities hidden from the FBI
